One-Page Wonder: Crafting the Perfect Investor Snapshot
Investor presentations frequently get all the love from executives and IR teams, occasionally to the detriment of another crucial IR material – the one-pager. Investors will comb through your presentation, but they often look at the one-pager first to get an overview of your business. A poorly crafted introduction could mean they never make it past this sheet.
Keep Value Proposition Front & Center: Clearly articulate your company’s unique value in a few concise sentences. Why should an investor care about your business? The answer should (literally) be on the page.
Design for Clarity: A cluttered one-pager can be overwhelming. Use clear headings, bullet points, and visuals to break up text. Your layout should guide the reader through the most critical information.
Include a Compelling CTA: Don’t just present information - invite investors to learn more with a compelling call to action (CTA). Include IR contact details, links to recent news releases, and a calendar detailing upcoming events.
